The excursions were well organized with one of the best guides in my opinion, Turkey has to offer. The hotel was within walking distance to the hub and vibe of Istanbul, which was a bonus. Wish we had more time to enjoy our hotel in Cappodicia, it was beautiful. It was the most exhilarating trip experienced thus far. It was also very tiring and an extra day or two would have been welcome just to relax and appreciate the raw beauty of Cappodicia. The hot air balloon experience was just out of this world.The carved out houses in the mountains, the underground city and the landscape of this unusual city left me in awe. Turkish tea and cuisine is now right at the top of my chart in terms of experience and taste. Sadly, due to reasons behind anyone's control (Yemen, Israel, Gaza, Suez Canal), the cruise ship had to be delayed due to risks of going through the Suez Canal.
