Before completing any booking with our agency, we kindly ask you to carefully read through our Terms and Conditions. These outline your legal rights and obligations regarding your booking. By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from making a booking with us. Your understanding and compliance ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience!
1. Organising Agent: Travel Daze, along with its associated companies, agents, and collaborators (collectively referred to as the “Organising Agents”), acts solely as an agent when issuing tickets, arranging transportation, lodging, insurance, and other services. They are not liable as principals.
2. Liability Disclaimer: The Organising Agents are not responsible for any damages, injuries (including death), losses, delays, or inconveniences experienced by passengers during their travels or stays abroad. This applies regardless of any potential negligence by the Organising Agents or their representatives.
3. Indemnity Agreement: Passengers agree to indemnify the Organising Agents and their associates against any claims for damages from any cause, including negligence, that may arise.
4. Legal Jurisdiction: All arrangements are governed by the laws of the country where the services are provided.
5. Price Changes: Prices are based on current exchange rates and are subject to change without notice. All quoted prices are per person sharing.
6. Refund Policy: Couriers or representatives cannot authorise refunds. Claims for refunds must be made directly with the Organising Agents.
7. Lost Tickets/Coupons: The Organising Agents are not responsible for refunds on lost or unused tickets, but they will assist in providing necessary documentation for claims.
8. Cancellation by Passenger: A cancellation fee of R5,000 per person applies for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 90 days before departure may result in a forfeiture of the tour price.
9. Itinerary Changes: Passengers should verify departure times as schedules may change.
10. Airline Responsibility: Airlines are not responsible for events outside their aircraft. The airline’s passenger ticket constitutes the sole contract with the purchaser.
11. Personal Items: Passengers are responsible for insuring their luggage and personal items, as these are taken at the owner’s risk.
12. Tour Cancellation: The Organising Agents reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour. In such cases, refunds will be issued minus any expenses incurred.
13. Room Arrangements: Tours are planned with twin-bedded rooms. If unavailable, passengers must pay the single room supplement unless they can arrange a three-bedded room share.
14. Right of Refusal: The Organising Agents may remove a passenger from a tour if necessary, with a full refund issued.
15. Participation Agreement: By participating, passengers accept all terms and conditions outlined in this notice.
Additional Notes:
- Registration: Must be completed on an official form with the required deposit.
- Passports: SA passports only; foreign passport holders should contact the office regarding visa requirements.
- Insurance: Passengers must arrange their own insurance, covering all potential claims.
These terms ensure a clear understanding of responsibilities and liabilities for participants.
